Cedar Spring is an unincorporated community in Edmonson County, Kentucky, United States.[1] Cedar Spring, Kentucky, is on Kentucky Highway 259 and Chaumont Road. It has a large number of oil and natural gas wells. Cedar Springs has a lot of family-owned businesses in the area.
